This sounds good in theory, but in reality means there are very few checks and balances in place. In our opinion, architects, engineers and contractors who share the same payroll are a risky venture. There's a reason these experts go head-to-head sometimes. That's to make sure that you, the owner, are getting a balanced opinion on what's best for your facility.

We'd much rather advise and assist you in finding an independent, reputable contractor who isn't afraid to push back and make the project better. We welcome that kind of interaction.
