We are not cookie cutter designers. Instead, our market-rate housing group works diligently to design distinctive projects with the type of market appeal that attract tenants and buyers and create buzz in the marketplace. We also understands that these projects are structured and hence constrained by market influences. Rent and purchase price dictate the level of design and detail that is most suited. Our firm is known most notably within two aspects of market-rate housing—adaptive re-use renovations which accommodate loft style residences in historic buildings and creative solutions for newly constructed condominiums on sites with special features and/or constraints.
