Fifth Third Bank | Harvey Street, Muskegon, MI

The need: Growth.

The solution: Be the first bank in a new and emerging retail sector comprised of a regional mall, big box retailers, restaurants, commercial development, and multi-family residential housing.

Using Fifth Third's standard architectural design for all its branches, Hooker DeJong developed working and final construction drawings, solicited site plan approval, handled bid negotiations, and provided construction administration services. As a result of the services provided, Fifth Third made a corporate decision to eliminate the bidding process and name Hooker DeJong its preferred architect for the lakeshore area.
