The need: A branch office that expanded the credit union's ability to serve its members, while also increasing its visibility in the community.

The solution: A stunning, 5000-square-foot facility with a pyramid-shaped skylight on the roof.

The pyramid feature was designed to create a unique and highly visible architectural identity that will be incorporated into future branches. By day, it bathes the lobby in natural light, and it is illuminated by night to create a glowing effect.

A retail pathway was created on the interior to guide members through the space and cross sell services. A separate entry at the vestibule and a sliding screen were incorporated to accommodate a future CUSO and segregate it from the lobby to conduct business after CU hours.
