The need: Build the first credit union in a new and emerging retail sector composed of a shopping mall, major retailers, restaurants, commercial development, and multi-family residential housing. Because of its location, the facility needed to appeal to a younger demographic with different buying patterns, behaviors, and motivations than traditional Select Employee Group (SEG) credit union members.

The solution: A newly constructed 3,290-square-foot facility that features the latest in technology and is designed to deliver the most convenient, efficient service possible to younger members with fast-paced lifestyles.

Features a dynamic interior "center stage" retail merchandising area, and a multiple monitor display with video feed that entertains, informs, and cross-sells to customers. On the outside, three drive-through lanes and an ATM speed service and handle heavy traffic flow.
