The need: Family Financial wanted to be the first credit union to tap into a growing corridor marked with major retailers, commercial development, and residential housing. In addition to providing a pleasant, functional work environment for staff, the facility needed to serve a new generation of credit union members demanding high levels of efficiency and convenience.

The solution: The new 3,034-square-foot credit union, featuring four teller booths, three offices, and a spacious conference room. One of the building's most attractive interior features is an 11-foot-high wall of glass that fills the environment with natural sunlight.

The facility was designed to make drive-up ATMs highly visible to shoppers, while a point-to-point pneumatic tube system allows transactions to occur from both MSR offices and the drive-through lanes. Cash dispensers speed service, efficiency, and accuracy.
